Reservations

Reservations are open to University at Albany Undergraduate Students and Affiliates. University at Albany Affiliates are: Graduate Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni.

Reservations are accepted at the Student Association CC-116

All questions regarding availability should be directed to the following number:

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Here are some guidelines for making a reservation:

	Check the availability of the lodge or campsite you are interested in by contacting the Student Association at (518) 442-5640
	Send a completed Reservation Request Form along with a Certified Check or Money Order payable Student Association.
	Payment Options: Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, Visa and MasterCard.
	Credit Card Reservations may be taken over the telephone.
	You can book up to three months in advance for large functions that require the entire facility.
	There are no refunds, no exceptions.
